I utilize my business background in analyzing comparable homes and developing market statistics that relate to the critical decisions my buyers and sellers need to make in a home purchase. I also have experience in home renovations that helps us evaluate the current condition of a potential home and determine the approximate cost of any improvements they might want or need. It is very important to me that I serve clients with honesty and integrity. I will guide you through the buying or selling process, help you locate schools, provide market information, neighborhood demographics and community services information, in addition to whatever else you need to make a good decision. Previously, I was a Risk Manager and Insurance expert for several Fortune 100 companies, advising staff personnel in the evaluation and management of various risks inherent in their business operations. This skill set transfers well to residential real estate, assisting client in evaluating risks associated with the purchase and sale of their homes. To date, I have been involved in $12+ million in residential real estate transactions.
